Matrix Switch, model VM0404H. The VM0404H is a 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switch that provides a convenient system to route high definition video and audio from any of four HDMI sources to any of four HDMI displays.*

Simultaneous access to multiple HDMI A/V sources has become a prevalent need and everyday HDMI devices are becoming more popular in environments such as home theatres, businesses, entertainment and education. The VM0404H from ATEN’s *VanCryst™ Professional A/V Solutions* product line allows consumers to easily connect up to four HDMI devices such as HD Camcorders, Satellite Receivers, HD-DVD players, Blu-ray Players, Home Theater PCs, Streaming
Media Players, or Gaming Consoles. The four inputs can then be switched to any combination of up to four HDMI monitors, Displays, Projectors or TVs simultaneously. The Matrix switch can be cascaded with other VM0404Hs in order to provide up to 64 HDMI sources/displays for, as an example, digital signage systems. The VM0404H’s remote control and convenient front panel pushbuttons allow users to quickly and easily cycle through and select the HDMI sources and
displays while the front panel LEDs indicate the source device for each display at a glance. The switch also has a built-in bi-directional RS-232 serial interface which allows system control through either a high-end controller, PC, and/or home automation / home theater software package. The VM0404H enables fast and easy remote automated HDMI source to port switching
controlled via the RS-232 serial port.
