Cyberstar has announced its initiative to support Hitachi in its endeavor to provide improved Hitachi RMA (return material authorization) service to dealers and end customers in India and address their warranty and support issues at the earliest.

As the national distributor of Hitachi products, Cyberstar provides support to Hitachi customers in solving their product-related problems in the event of a delay and providing replacements for their damaged products immediately on receiving customer queries.
