HCL Infosystems has launched its flagship store in the heart of IT hub in New Delhi, Nehru Place with the onset of the festive season. The store, spread over 1000 square feet will focus on hot consumer products like ME Gaming consoles, ME Laptops, and HCL Desktops.

Speaking about the launch, Princy Bhatnagar, Vice President, Head-Consumer Computing, HCL Infosystems, says “We are extremely happy to launch the HCL Flagship Store and HCL exclusive store in the Delhi NCR. With over three decades of understanding of the Indian consumers’ mindset and requirements, we have come up with these large format stores which will enhance the digital life experience of our consumers.”

According to Bhatnagar, these stores will allow the consumers to touch and feel all HCL’s products under one roof, and take home complete personal computing solutions. Besides the hot HCL products, the store will also sell All in ones, IT accessories and peripherals. The new store has also put on show the X1 Tablet and special edition Ra.One laptops.

Bhatnagar also said that with consumers becoming more mature, there is a demand for better retail formats for IT products and solutions. The two stores that HCL has launched will be the predecessors of more such exclusive stores to come up across India. With this HCL Infosystems strengthens its retail strategy for better customer experience and touch points.
