HP Announces HP Onsite Support for Notebooks

HP has announced the HP Onsite Support for Notebooks that helps troubleshoot technical problems in an easy and hassle free manner. Through this service, the consumers who own HP (Pavilion, Compaq and Mini) notebooks can seek technical assistance or service support at their place either through Phone, e-mail or on the HP website.

The HP Onsite Support promises fixing any breakdown or fault in the unit by providing a simplified Remote Diagnosis to minimise the time of resolution and ensure that the service is presumed within the comfortable realms of the consumer’s house or site of breakdown.

Speaking about the service, Vinay Awasthi, Director, Personal Systems Group, Hewlett-Packard India said, “Our consumers are top priority for us and while we focus on providing best in class products and solutions, their satisfaction remains at the core of HP’s business.”
