Kaspersky Lab appoints Pranav Bhayani as Technical Support Manager

Kaspersky Lab has strengthened its technical support in South Asia with the appointment of Pranav Bhayani as Technical Support Manager, South Asia. Pranav brings along with him 14+ years of experience in presales, technical support management and partner enablement. His core strengths are his expert knowledge in varied domains of Information Security. Some of his past assignments include Dimension Data India, MIEL eSecurity and Stonesoft.  

"Pranav's extensive industry experience will facilitate Kaspersky Lab's focus to enhance support for its growing clientele in the region. We look forward to using Pranav's experience to render value to both existing and new customers, through his understanding of customer pain areas and support requirements in the region," said Altaf Halde, Managing Director, Kaspersky Lab – South Asia.

Pranav will be responsible for managing the technical services, including technical support functions for B2B and B2C, presales, etc., in the region.  He will work closely with the channel sales, partners and marketing towards the business objectives through developing and maintaining the comprehensive range and quality of services to channel partners and customers.
