Microsoft India Initiates unique contest

Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd has organised the Meet the Don2: Mission Berlin contest which not only gives winners the chance to meet Shah Rukh Khan but also an opportunity to take a free trip to the beautiful, historic city of Berlin.

To enter the “Meet The Don2: Mission Berlin” contest, one simply needs to walk into any retail outlets between 1st December 2011 to end of the month and year 2011, buy any one of the MSFT products – Windows PC, Windows Phone, Office and Xbox and then login to, to answer five questions on Microsoft products and write a catchy slogan. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit the copy of the invoices.

The Meet the Don2: Mission Berlin contest has three exciting stages and winners take it all!

“First Day First Show”
For the first 1000 correct entries, there’s a chance to win 4 tickets to the very first show of Don2 on the big screen, along with families and friends.

”Meet and Greet the Don”
Of the 1,000 select entries, 5 will be shortlisted and each of these families – “SRK, here I come!” – will get a chance to “Meet and Greet Shah Rukh Khan”.

Berlin Bound!
Of the five lucky entries, the luckiest one will win the never-before opportunity of an all-expenses-paid dazzling tour to Berlin, now also known as the city of Don2, too!

To popularize the contest, Microsoft has planned a 360 marketing campaign which will include a TVC featuring clips from the Don2 movie, radio advertisements, digital banners and retail collaterals. In the online space, popular social channels like Facebook will be tapped and amplified with on ground promotions in major retail outlets and through the OEM partners.
