Avnet Technology, a value-added distributor of enterprise computing products and an operating group of Avnet, has announced the appointment of Naresh Desai to the position of General Manager for Avnet Technology Solutions, India. 

Jaideep Malhotra, Vice President, Avnet Technology Solutions, India noted that “Naresh has had over twenty five experience in the IT industry and his ability to lead teams made him an automatic selection for this very important role.  Naresh is well respected within the Indian IT community and has received numerous awards and accolades for his work.  In this role Naresh will be responsible for the day to day operational aspects of the business as well as driving the strategic direction of the India business.  Under his leadership, the Avnet India team will continue to accelerate the success of our customers, partners and suppliers.”
