Rashi concludes Meet for its Sales Champions

Rashi Peripherals recently concluded 2 days sales meet for its all India Sales team of at Mahabaleshwar. As a part of its training and development process, Rashi Champions Meet (RCM) is organized on an annual basis focusing on all round development of the all India sales team. Every year RCM is built around a specific theme which provides the roadmap to the sales personnel on the way business has to be done. RCM 2010 revolved on the theme – “I M Possible” working around self belief, enhancing confidence, team building and ultimately achieving a higher level of performance.

The basic idea behind this theme is to install confidence in the sales team that each and every one of them have the capability to achieve more than their current achievements despite the economic and market conditions that hit them last year. Now, that negative period has gone by, and they can achieve much more than what they are by believing in self.

Day 1 kicked off with product training and updates on all brands distributed by Rashi led by Mr. Rajesh Goenka. Vendors like ASUS, SanDisk and APC were also present at the event conducting sessions that included technical and business updates on products, services and business planning sessions, sales and marketing training.

Talking about the event, Mr. Rajesh Goenka, VP – Sales and Marketing, Rashi Peripherals said, “RCM is a part of our endeavor to train and motivate our sales champions.  We conduct many product focused training programmes for our sales team through out the year. RCM is more dedicated to personal development and team building. Our theme for this year revolved around self belief and betterment.”

On day 2, the teams were involved in outdoor challenges which consisted of physically demanding activities structured with strategy building, team bonding and leadership skills. The key outcome of the programme was to build confidence in individuals, bring the teams closer and solve mentally and physically stimulating problems.

The event culminated with a gala night wherein more than 50 lucky draw prizes were given away including a TATA Nano Car, Honda Bike and Apple iPhone to the ecstatic champions
