 Rashi Peripherals concluded 2 days Tech meet for its all India Technical and Service team of more than 200 personnel at Golden Valley Resort near Mumbai.
RPTECH care centre” the service arm of Rashi has over 64 service locations and has probably the largest distribution Service infrastructure in the country.
As a part of its continuous training and development initiative for service professionals, Rashi Tech Meet is organized on an annual basis focusing on all round development of the all India technical team. Each year Tech Meet focuses on a specific objective which provides the roadmap to the technical and service personnel on enhancing the customer service experience.
Rashi Tech Meet 2011 revolved on the theme – “Anything is Possible” working around team work, communication skills, customer interaction, qualitative service and ultimately achieving a higher TAT.
Day 1 kicked off with new product training and updates on all brands distributed by Rashi. Kapal Pansari, Director – Rashi Peripherals announced various loyalty awards providing the vital boost to the event. He also showed interest in discussing the problem faced by Tech person while at work.
ASUS, Logitech, Adata and Plantronics team conducted Technical sessions, updates & issues so as to further improve services.
The Tech meet ended on a high note with Orchestra night adding the shimmer and glitter by a known dance group from Mumbai. |
