Rashi Peripherals recently concluded 2 days meet for its all India Sales team of at Mumbai.
As a part of its training and development process, Rashi Champions Meet (RCM) is organized on an annual basis focusing on all round development of the entire sales & marketing team. Every year RCM is built around a specific theme which provides the roadmap to the sales personnel on the way business has to be done. RCM 2011 revolved around the theme – “WE DID IT…..but Yeh dil maange more” working around achievement and future ambition.
The basic idea behind this theme is to celebrate the success of achieving the set goals for FY 2011 and also to keep working and aiming harder for further growth and development. Last year’s theme focused more on self belief; this year’s theme was a follow on celebrating the victory of self belief.
Day 1 kicked off with product training and updates on all brands distributed by Rashi led by Mr. Rajesh Goenka. Vendors like ASUS, ADATA Microsoft and SanDisk were also present at the event conducting sessions that included technical and business updates on products, services and business planning sessions, sales and marketing training.
Talking about the event, Rajesh Goenka, VP – Sales and Marketing, Rashi Peripherals said, “RCM is a part of our endeavor to train and motivate our sales champions. We conduct a lot of product and skill set based training programs for our sales and marketing team through out the year. RCM is more dedicated to personal development and team building. Our theme for this year revolved around celebration of self belief and achievement but at the same time also moving further towards higher goals.”
On day 2, the teams were involved in outdoor challenges specially devised for them at the coveted Water Kingdom which consisted of physically demanding activities structured with strategy, team bonding and leadership skills.
The event culminated with a gala night wherein more than 100 lucky draw prizes were given away including a Toshiba LCD TVs, ASUS Eee PC, ViewSonic digital photo frames, SanDisk pen drives & Micro Sds, Targus backpack, Toshiba external HDD, Audiovox mobile phone, ASUS O!play, Plantronics Blue tooth headset etc to the ecstatic group of sales champions. All Rashi sales champions were given an ASUS Eee PC or 22” LCD TV as a take away gift.
