Riverbed Technology has announced that it has been awarded the Frost & Sullivan 2011 India IT & Telecom Excellence Award for Wide Area Network (WAN) Optimization Controller Vendor of the Year. Riverbed was given this recognition for delivering exceptional business performance for the year 2010.

This is the third recent regional recognition Riverbed has been awarded by Frost & Sullivan. In 2010, Riverbed was recognized as the Frost & Sullivan Application Networking Vendor of the Year in Asia Pacific. In addition, Riverbed received the Frost & Sullivan 2010 Australia Best Practices Award for Application Networking Vendor of the Year.
