Symantec has announced that it has recently appointed Rajnish Gupta as regional director for North and East India. Rajnish will drive the company’s sales in these regions, with strategic focus on the government vertical. Rajnish will be reporting to Ajay Goel, managing director, Symantec  India and SAARC.

Rajnish Gupta brings 21 years’ experience across enterprise IT and the government sectors, with his previous roles in companies like MindTree, Wipro, Cadence and PCS. At MindTree, Rajnish was responsible for starting the System Integration business, while at Wipro he has managed Enterprise Products and Services business.
