In particular, the company experienced 15.6 percent year over year (YoY) Q3 billings growth, and expects that Q4 will be another record quarter due to increased global demand for its award-winning, unified threat management (UTM) security appliances.
Record-breaking WatchGuard Revenue Growth Seen in All Regions
For Q3 2011, WatchGuard broke all historic third quarter revenue records due to numerous countries around the world achieving significant, top-line billings growth. Growth for WatchGuard security solutions was broad-based across all regions due to increased business demand. In particular, EMEA (Europe/Middle East/Africa) was very strong, with a regional YoY growth of over 30 percent. The following territories achieved notable Q3 YoY growth:
· Central Europe – 44 percent
· Southern Europe – 35 percent
· UK – 26 percent
· Australia/New Zealand – 23 percent
· India – 22 percent
